Our services
Security Risk Management
In today's challenging times, it is essential that organisations are aware of the threats they face, the vulnerabilities within their organisations that could be exploited and what the potential impact of a security risk occurring would be.
Our holistic approach to security risks looks at the adversary, the action and the asset to ensure that it is tailored to your organisation and your operating environment. We are also firm believers in security providing a return on investment; our advice and guidance has at its heart the most cost-effective and proven security methodology, a pro-security culture where everyone can understand its purpose, support its progress, and contribute to its effectiveness.
We provide physical security audits and security plans, security risk consultancy as well as conducting reviews on your existing processes and procedures.
Resilience building and crisis management
It is often too late to take the necessary steps to enable business continuity when a crisis occurs. Prior planning and preparation enable the business to adapt to a rapidly changing and hostile environment, focusing on maintaining operations where possible and securing assets and staff from harm.
Failing to prepare is preapring to fail, our system is simple yet effective and enables it to be rapidly adapted to your organisation. It is the simplicity that is key, the more complex the system or solution the more likely it is that it will be ignored, bypassed or forgotten.
We work with you to build your organisation's skills in preempting and reacting to events that threaten your ability to operate. As well as instilling elasticity to bounce back to the new normal.
Counter-terrorism planning
In the event of a terrorist attack, there is often a drive towards identifying where an organisation could have done more to prevent or reduce the impact of the incident. This is often followed by litigation. The impending 'Martyn's Law' will place a legal requirement on publically accessible venues with over 200 and 800 capacity to undertake certain measures.
For venues with a capacity of over 800 members of the public, there will be a requirement to conduct a terrorism assessment for the premises and implement measures to reduce the impact of an attack on the customers. Ill-informed or inadequate advice will propose costly measures such as hostile vehicle barriers and bollards or glazing alone; these will have a significant cost impact but often result in little actual risk mitigation.
We work with you to understand your operations, conduct an assessment that considers this, and implement a plan that is proportionate to the risk, cost-effective and practical, as again simplicity is the key to effectiveness.
Threat monitoring and Open-source intelligence
To make effective decisions, a clear picture of the operating environment is required; likewise, mis and disinformation pose a reputational threat and can rapidly damage confidence in your organisation.
Our open-source intelligence reports provide clarity on the operating environment and identify potential sources of harm.
Likewise due dilligence provides reassurance to the organisation that it is operating in the right direction and is aware of potential insider related risks.
Please speak to us to see how we can help aid your intelligence-based decision-making.
Investigations
Incidents, undesired occurrences and unexplained events are rightly a cause for concern for organisations; this could also include reputational damage or employee misconduct. Police investigations will focus on culpability and not on organisational vulnerabilities that have been exploited or where systems and processes are no longer fit for purpose or are being bypassed.
Our investigators work to identify the root cause of an incident, allowing the organisation to have confidence that vulnerabilities have been identified, enabling it to take action to address wrongdoing, address vulnerabilities and restore confidence.
Sabre surveys
SABRE, which stands for Security Assurance by BRE, is a certification program developed and backed by BRE Global Ltd (part of the BRE Group). It assesses and certifies the security of new and existing buildings, infrastructure assets, and managed spaces. This scheme offers organizations a structured framework applicable during asset design, construction, and operation phases, aiming for enhanced security outcomes and Return on Investment (ROI).
SABRE primarily emphasizes security risk management processes, making it suitable for both construction projects and existing facilities of any size or location. These spaces can vary, including multi-tenant or mixed-use structures, speculative or inclusive of fit-out, and span sectors such as office, education, healthcare, residential, mixed-use, data centers, industrial, retail, and other building types.

Travel Risk Management
Our Travel Risk Management services ensures that whether it is the environment that creates the risk through volatility, uncertaainty the risks are understood and appropirate mitigation measures put in place.
Each traveller has factors unique to them that adjust their risk profile and it is important that these are understod, and made clear for both the organsiation and the traveller.
We work with you to understand the risks, manage them as well as working with your insurance company so that conditons that are impractical are not imposed by the insurer, a conversation and a logical concept of operations can make clear to all parties the purpose of the trip and what measures are needed to satisy both the insurers and enable the organisation to acheive the aim of the visit.
Drone surveys
Commercial and residential roofs have the potential to harbour many problems; drone surveys using both standard and thermal imaging allow for damage, hazards, and foreign objects to be rapidly identified.
Undetected damage or foreign objects can potentially cause harm, resulting in costly repairs when an incident occurs that exposes the damage and may also result in higher insurance premiums.
Drones are also able to add to the security risk management regime by illuminating weak points or avenues of entry that would otherwise have been undetected.
We use a combintation of thermal and conventional drones for our surveys.
Please contact us to discuss your drone survey requirements.
