About us
Our expertise lies in providing effective security solutions for complex and challenging environments. We strongly believe that simple and clear security measures can significantly enhance an organization's security culture. Even the best security improvements may fail if the security culture is weak due to distrust, disengagement, or bypassing of processes.
Our focus is on creating relatable systems, processes, and routines that everyone in the organization can understand and follow. These should have clear objectives and tangible benefits. We offer a range of services that cover all aspects of security risk management, including compliance auditing, vulnerability identification, and security framework implementation based on ISO31000. Additionally, we conduct training, develop security plans, and perform site assessments as part of a comprehensive risk management approach.
Our primary goal is to prioritize resilience by planning ahead to prevent disruptions to your operations. We have straightforward incident management plans to aid on-the-ground responses, and our training is designed for easy redelivery by your staff through a "train-the-trainer" approach.
The upcoming PROTECT initiative will require organizations to take action to protect people from a terrorist attack. However, organizations may receive poor advice from many quarters, often due to blue light blindness. We collaborate with you to create plans that align with your existing emergency procedures, emphasizing cost-effectiveness and simplicity in understanding and implementation.
It's crucial to remember that the person conducting the attack makes it a terrorist attack, not the type of attack. Therefore, any plans should focus on responding to the attack regardless of its origin.
